简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目主要工作为将张江中转站的生活垃圾转运，转运去向为黎明园区、老港处置基地、海滨焚烧厂，并将生活垃圾倾倒在指定的位置。服务期内，做到垃圾日产日清，按现行的环境质量标准进行运营管理。预计张江中转站日均转运量***吨，总转运量******吨。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The main work of this project is to transfer the domestic waste of Zhangjiang Transfer Station, and the transfer to Liming Park, Laogang Disposal Base, and Seaside Incineration Plant, and dump the domestic waste at the designated location. During the service period, the garbage will be cleared every day, and the operation and management will be carried out according to the current environmental quality standards. It is estimated that the average daily transshipment volume of Zhangjiang transfer station is *** tons, and the total transshipment volume is ***,*** tons. 二、申请人的资格要求*. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article ** of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (*) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a **% price discount during the review. (*) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises. The industries to which the SMEs belong in this project are other unspecified industries.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China;
