合同履约期限：本项目一次招标三年有效，合同签订采用一年一签，年度考核合格后进行合同续签。本次投标报价所涵盖的服务期限为****年*月*日起至****年**月**日。本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，在此期间所产生的服务费，待项目采购完成后由中标人按实际服务结算支付给原服务单位相应的服务费用。
