*、拟派项目负责人：拟派项目经理需具备市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师资格，同时具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书。以上项目负责人以在上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会网站上查询为准，在册且无在建项目记录（同一工程相邻分段发包或分期施工的除外，拟派项目经理在招标投标文件递交时不得调整，不得有在建项目。投标文件中需提交响应截止日前*个工作日内打印的注册建造师《投标项目负责人基本情况表》（通过上海市建设市场信息服务平台https：//ciac.zjw.sh.gov.cn/查询、截图）。
