(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（*）具有市政公用工程总承包三级及其以上资质，且具备有效的安全生产许可证；
（*）供应商拟派项目经理须具有市政公用工程专业贰级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，该项目负责人以在上海市建筑建材业网站上查询为准；
（*）本项目仅面向中小企业（含中型、小型、微型企业）采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works, and possessing a valid safety production license; (*) The project manager proposed by the supplier must have a second level (including higher level) registered construction engineer qualification in municipal public works, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate. The project leader shall be verified on the Shanghai Building Materials Industry website; (*) This project is only available for procurement to small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium, small, and micro enterprises)
