Brief Specification Description:In order to ensure the intact use of municipal fire hydrants, to meet the needs of fire fighting and rescue, and to effectively protect the personal safety of citizens and the safety of public property, in accordance with the "Shanghai Fire Hydrant Management Measures", "Municipal Fire Water Supply Facilities Maintenance and Management" (GB/T*****-****) and other relevant regulations, the implementation of municipal fire hydrant maintenance duties. According to the Notice on Further Standardizing the Maintenance of Municipal Fire Hydrants (Hu Xiao (****) No. ***) jointly issued by the Shanghai Fire and Rescue Corps, the Shanghai Municipal Water Affairs Bureau, and the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management Commission, the municipal fire hydrants of district-level roads filed by the fire department of the new district are maintained daily within the Chuansha area of the municipal fire hydrant maintenance in Pudong New Area.(For details, please refer to Part *)

二、申请人的资格要求*. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（*）扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受**%的价格折扣。（*）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；
