简要规则描述：本项目拟通过公开竞争性磋商的方式，选取一家合格的供应商，为上海市浦东新区康梧路西侧、康泽路南侧*号楼（浦发有家（康泽社区）公建配套用房*号楼）提供弱电、多媒体设备的供货、安装、调试及保修等，具体采购内容包括安全防范系统、信息网络系统、多媒体会议系统、弱电综合管网等，并提供不少于*年的免费质保期。（具体内容及要求详见竞争性磋商文件第三章—采购需求书）。
Brief Specification Description:The project intends to select a qualified supplier through open competitive negotiation to provide the supply, installation, commissioning and warranty of weak current and multimedia equipment for the west side of Kangwu Road and the south side of Kangze Road in Pudong New Area, Shanghai (Building * of Pudong Development Youjia (Kangze Community) Public Construction Supporting Buildings), etc., and the specific procurement content includes security systems, information network systems, multimedia conference systems, weak current integrated pipe networks, etc., and provides a free warranty period of not less than * year. (For details of the content and requirements, please refer to Chapter * of the Competitive Consultation Document - Procurement Requirements).

二、申请人的资格要求*. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
