*、本项目仅面向中小企业（含中型、小型、微型企业）采购。
*、本项目不接受组成联合体(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:*. Possess a construction general contracting qualification of level III or above for municipal public utilities projects, and have a valid safety production license; *. The project manager proposed by the bidder must have a registered construction engineer qualification of level II or above in municipal public utilities projects, and have a valid safety production assessment certificate. The person in charge of this project shall be subject to the inquiry on the Shanghai Construction and Building Materials Industry Network. *.
