(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch offices to participate in procurement activities in their own name); (*) Having a Level * or above qualification certificate for electronic intelligent engineering professional contracting issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development; (*) Suppliers who comply with Article ** of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [****] No. **) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
